FTE ( Full Time Equivalent) based Engagement Model 

Under this model, a predefined number of professionals i.e. full time equivalents (FTEs), work dedicatedly for a client, to utilize a fixed number of hours/month . The professionals are experienced  and are chosen to compliment the clients technology expertise needs. We also encourage FTE’s visit to your premises for process standardization, onsite training and efficiency improvement. This model helps you to achieve high quality output and cost savings.

Dedicated Hours based Engagement Model

With this model, a number of hours are fixed in advance, which will be utilized on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly basis, to complete the client requested projects. Based on the number of hours fixed, we would be offering patent services at a discounted hourly rate. This model will be best, if you already have specific targets for the year, and the projects are pre-defined. The model also supports a scenario where the tasks are not pre-defined, as the remaining hours of a particular time-period are rolled over to next period.

On-Demand based Engagement Model

In this model, the clients can engage us, as and when (ad-hoc) demand for availing patent services arises. We provide a detailed project proposal including the cost and timeline details to the client. Once, the client approves the project proposal, the project is executed and billed according to a payment schedule specified under the proposal.
